Current UK Funding Schemes
Regional Growth Grant (Start-up SME)
For Start-up SME’s grants of £2,500 to £7,500 are available
Up to 50% Project Costs funded
Businesses from all sectors are eligible for consideration, except for:
- Charities
- Those of a political or religious persuasion
- Activities involving pornography or clairvoyance
- Any business activity that is illegal or deemed unsuitable for public support
SME Regional Growth Grant (Existing SME)
For Start-up SME’s grants of £5,000 to £100,000 are available
Up to 50% Project Costs funded
Businesses from all sectors are eligible for consideration, except for:
- Charities
- Those of a political or religious persuasion
- Activities involving pornography or clairvoyance
- Any business activity that is illegal or deemed unsuitable for public support
Grants For Growth
Revenue grants are available are available at £1,000 based upon a total project spend of at least £1,750. Funds can be used for consultancy costs to cover website development, SEO, marketing plans, product development and growth planning.
Digital High Street Fund
Grants offered to help independent retailers to establish or upgrade e-commerce websites.
Funding of up to 50 per cent of eligible costs, up to a maximum of £1,500, is available.
Regional Technology Grant (SME/Start-up)
For SME’s and Start-ups with minimum project cost of £1,250
Up to 30% Project Costs funded
Businesses from all sectors are eligible for consideration, except for:
- Charities
- Those of a political or religious persuasion
- Activities involving pornography or clairvoyance
- Any business activity that is illegal or deemed unsuitable for public support
Business Start-Up Grant
Businesses at the start-up stage or which have been trading for less than 12 months can apply for a grant of up to £1,000, towards ‘one-off’ website costs or associated software to help set up. The grant must be match funded pound for pound from the business’s own resources.
